Blog Update - 09/09/2018

Hey everyone,
It’s me, Lucas, the guy writing this silly blog. For the past few months, I have been undertaking a long overdue passion project of mine. Based off of the video game Strike Vector, Thrust Vector is a fanfiction at its heart. But the story itself integrates many themes and tales that are very much unique to the set pieces of Strike Vector.
Because of this, the story over the course of its first five technical chapters has turned into its own concept, mostly independent of Strike Vector EX’s original campaign.
This world created by Ragequit Corporation has captivated my heart and those of many more, and I honestly could not have asked for a better encouraging community and supporting development team behind Strike Vector and in turn, Thrust Vector.
And I will say, my personal exploration of this unique universe, taken in the form of the stories I write, has been one of immense pleasure and enjoyment.
However, as time moves on, there is always change. As life gets busy, my priorities are shifting. And I’m sorry to say, but Thrust Vector is going to undergo a change because of it.
THIS DOES NOT MEAN THRUST VECTOR IS CANCELED.
REPEAT, IT IS NOT CANCELED.
There are many more battles, conversations, and enemies to face in the future for Gaea Team and the Decimator!
The only change will be to the chapter release schedule. Currently, chapters are posted on a weekly basis, with release dates being on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Of course, it isn’t the most solid posting schedule, but it is somewhat structured.
But simply put, the current rate of writing and editing isn’t feasible anymore. Therefore, a chapter will now be posted once every month, perhaps shorter or even longer if necessary. Of course, this is all subject to change, as chapter lengths and free time availability varies.
Anyway, this post was just made to inform all of you on the future of Thrust Vector in the coming year and to assure all of you I’m not abandoning this project. Stick with the story, as there is so much more thought provoking talk and sky splitting action to come!
And If you haven’t yet joined the Strike Vector discord, join it at this link:

I spend a bit too much time on the server and you can reach out to me there. Also, if you want to keep updated with the progress of Thrust Vector; follow the blog to get alerts whenever something is posted.
Again, thank you all for continuing to stick with Thrust Vector, this journey we are about to undertake is only just beginning. And I hope all of you enjoy what’s in store for the men and women of the Decimator, the citizens of the Consortium and Syndicate, and of course; Gaea Team.
Be safe out there and stay fly!
