Incorporating Vector Technology, Lebrun’s fleet of medium range cargo vessels became an incredibly common sight between the City States of both Syndicate and Consortium. However, with the implementation of the Consortium’s Collective Cities Act, medium range freighters able to land and takeoff from static surfaces were simply no longer profitable to run.

Today, most of the surviving examples of this specific pattern of Cargo VTOLs are in military service within the neutral city states, where their easy to maintain frames and fast speeds are able to provide a basis as vector carriers, albeit small ones.
